Air Pressure Vessel for Drillship
ENK has delivered various Air Pressure Vessel to customers in order to obtain constant tension in the marine drilling riser. Air Pressure Vessel is connected to the Piston accumulators air-side in Marine riser tensioner system.
This means that the riser tensioner unit acts like a hydro/pneumatic spring by using the compressed air from Air Pressure Vessel.
