Seamless stainless steel(SUS316L/304) DDI cylinder for ultra high purity gas. (ex. DCS, WF6, HF, etc.) This cylinder that is mainly used in semiconductor industry is excellent for corrosion protection. For high purity gases such as DCS, WF6, HF, ENK provides internal polished pipes with grade 3S,25S, etc. depending on the customers’ requirements and keeps the moisture level below than 1ppm or 3ppm by heated vacuum process so that the gas quality can be maintained in high purity.
